Ann Summers & Knickerbox - It Pays 2 Party In Kent
What Is FAST TRACK?

This is the question asked by quite a few Party Organisers-and maybe even a few old ones as well.Hopefully this information sheet may will tell you a bit more about it-and maybe even spur you into joining!!

What is Fast Track ?
Basically,it is a training course for new Unit Organisers.Any Party Organiser can attend who is interested in progressing within the Company.

Do you have to want to be a Unit Organiser to join?
We would like people on the course who are interested in becoming a Unit Organiser, however there are some Organisers who are not sure and want to find out more first.

What do you have to do on the Fast Track Fiesta Course?
You are set Challenges at every Meeting to improve your line ups and bring in recruits-the aim being to build a strong line up so you can be a successful Unit Organiser and the recruits will be in the Unit you are Promoted with. You will also receive exclusive Fast Track prizes for achieving your Challenges.

What is expected when I attend?
A smart standard of dress is required. All Unit Organisers who attend Area Meetings must be smart ,so jeans, leggings, trainers and sportswear are not acceptable. You are the shop window for Ann Summers and the first step to being professional is feeling professional and you want your Unit, and your colleaugues to treat you with respect.

Do I have to bring anything with me?
You will need your diary as we monitor your line ups, plus a notepad to jot down ideas. The most important thing you need is a big smile and a positive attitude.

Does my Unit Organiser attend?
This is optional-some Unit Organisers always attend with their Party Organisers, some just attend Part 1 to see you settled in.
What happens if I am unable to attend one of the meetings?
Although we stress the importance of attending all four sessions, there are some unforeseen circumstances that do arise. This will not stop you from being Promoted. You must realise however that any meeting missed will mean you will have to catch up on any information relating to that particular session. You will also be required to attend the missed session on the next course.Hopefully you will then have one of your own Party Organisers attending.

What happens if I do not complete my Challenge?
By the end of the course we hope that by completing all the challenges set at each session you will be able to maintain Unit Organiser standards and have 6 new recruits resulting in your Promotion. However we realise that this happens more quickly for some than others and if you aare not Promoted by the end of the course we would like you to continue to attend Aresa Meetings and/or Workshops so we can carry on helping you until you are ready.

What do the four sessions cover?
The first session is bookings and parties-the second is recruiting, interviews, kit drops and training-the third is running a successful Unit,Meetings, Part 4 the follow up Meeting explains how to read your figures,Crown Circle entry and the Top Gear ladder of success.

Can I be Promoted without attending the Fast Track Course?
It is very unusual for a Unit Organiser to be Promoted without attending. If circumstances happened that a Unit Organiser was Promoted without attending she would be expected to attend the next course. The course is designed to ensure that every Unit Organiser who is Promoted have all received the same level of training required to successfully carry out their role.

Will I learn everything I need to know?
Unfortunately not.You will learn all the basics, you learn more as you go along from your day to day experiences.
You are given help and support all the way from your Mother Unit Organiser and myself.

Area Meetings and Workshops?
Availability-as a Unit Organiser who are required to attend 2 meetings per month. An Area Meeting and a Workshop. You are given the dates for these at the start of the Fast Track Fiesta course to ensure that you can plan to attend. These Meetings are extremely important to the successful running of your business.Without the information provided at these Meetings you would not be able to run a successful Unit..
